Refund Policywhen/we give your money back

In short

You have 24 hours from the moment your payment is verified to ask for a refund, when one of the cases below applies.

1. When a refund is due

Within those 24 hours, you can ask for a full refund if:

• the key does not activate or does not work as described;
• the software cannot run on your system and our support cannot solve it;
• a technical fault on our side keeps you from using the software;
• you bought the wrong plan by mistake and have not used the software.

Each request is looked at individually. We may refuse one that does not meet these conditions.

2. No free trial

Broke Bot has no free trial: every key is paid before access is given. This policy is your protection instead.

3. When no refund is given

• a request made after the 24 hours;
• a change of mind once the key has been activated and used;
• a suspension or ban of your game account by Supercell following the use of Broke Bot;
• disappointment with in-game results (loot, trophies) while the software works as intended;
• problems caused by a mistake on your side: wrong installation, instructions not followed, unsupported emulator or resolution;
• a key revoked for breaching our Terms of Service;
• a key lost or stolen after activation;
• network fees, delays or failed transfers, and transfers sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network.

4. Payments that went wrong

If you paid twice for the same order, or sent an amount the payment page could not match to your order, contact us with your transaction hashes. Once we have confirmed the transfer on the blockchain, we deliver what was paid for or refund the extra payment.

If you believe a payment was made from your wallet without your consent, tell us at once, and contact your wallet or exchange.

5. Interruptions

• Planned maintenance is announced on our Discord server and gives no right to a refund.
• If an unplanned outage lasts more than 48 hours in a row and keeps you from using Broke Bot, you can ask for your key to be extended by the time lost, or for a refund in proportion.
• If we stop Broke Bot for good, keys with a duration are refunded for the time not used. Lifetime keys are sold as they are and are not.

6. Nothing to cancel

Keys do not renew by themselves, so there is no subscription to cancel: a key simply ends at the end of its 7, 15 or 30 days, and a Lifetime key does not end. Stopping early gives no right to a refund outside the 24 hours.

7. Lifetime keys

A Lifetime key is sold on the understanding that Broke Bot keeps working for the foreseeable future. Given what the software does, we cannot promise it will work forever, for instance if Supercell blocks it for good or changes the game deeply. A Lifetime purchase is final, except within the 24 hours for a technical problem.

8. How refunds are paid

An accepted refund is sent within 5 to 10 business days, in the cryptocurrency used for the purchase, to the address the payment came from. Network fees are not refunded and are deducted from the amount. We are not responsible for a change in the value of a cryptocurrency between the purchase and the refund.

9. How to ask

Write to [email protected] or open a ticket on our Discord server, with your username, the transaction hash and the reason for your request.

10. Your legal rights

If the consumer law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, this policy does not take them away.
